Lake Havasu City Spray Foam Insulation, lakehavasucitysprayfoaminsulation.com, office@lakehavasucitysprayfoaminsulation.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any insulation work you hire Lake Havasu City Spray Foam Insulation to do. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Lake Havasu City Spray Foam Insulation and our crew. When we say "you", we mean the person using the site or the property owner who hires us.

By using this site, asking for a quote or scheduling work with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work with us. A signed written proposal or contract for your job can add to these terms, and where the two differ, the written agreement for your job controls.

What we do

We're an insulation contractor in Lake Havasu City, AZ. We install spray foam, blown-in and other insulation in attics, walls and crawl spaces, and we do air sealing, vapor barriers and insulation removal for homes and commercial buildings. You can read more about our crew on our About page and see the full list of services from our home page.

The service pages on this site explain how the work usually goes. They're general information, not a promise about your house. Every attic and crawl space is different, so the exact scope of your job is the one written in your quote.

Estimates and pricing

We give free quotes on site, with no pressure and no obligation. A quote is based on what we can see and measure on the visit, such as the square footage, how many inches of insulation are already up there, the material you choose and how easy the space is to reach.

A quote is good for the period written on it. If we open up the job and find something the visit couldn't show, like soaked or contaminated old insulation, hidden damage or framing that needs repair, we'll stop, explain what we found and get your approval before doing any extra work or charging for it.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We'll agree on a start date with you and do our best to keep it. Weather, material delays, illness or a job running long can push a date, and if that happens we'll tell you as soon as we know and set a new date with you.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to clear stored items from the attic, garage or crawl space as we ask. For spray foam jobs, you agree to keep people and pets out of the house until the re-entry time, meaning the wait before it's safe to come back in, that the foam maker sets and we give you before the job starts.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please call us at (928) 392-1018 as early as you can. If you cancel after we've ordered special materials for your job, you may owe for those materials, and your written agreement will say so if it applies.

Payment

Your quote or contract will list the price, any deposit and when payment is due. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is finished.

If a payment is late, we may pause further work until the account is current. You're responsible for reasonable costs we have to pay to collect an unpaid balance, as far as Arizona law allows.

Our work and warranties

We're fully licensed and insured, and we stand behind our workmanship. If something about the installation isn't right, call us and we'll come back to look at it and make it right. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Insulation products carry the warranty their makers give, and we'll pass those along to you. Apart from what's written in your agreement and the maker's warranty, we don't make other promises about results, including how much your power bill will drop or how a room will feel, because those depend on things outside our work, like your windows, your cooling system and how the house is used.

This website is offered as is. We try to keep it accurate and working, but we don't promise it's free of errors or always available.

Limits on our liability

As far as Arizona law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost use of a room, lost income or higher utility costs, that come from our work or from using this site. Our total responsibility for any claim about a job won't be more than the amount you paid us for that job.

We aren't responsible for problems that were already there before we started, for damage caused by others after we finish or for work you or someone else changes later. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Settling a disagreement

If you're unhappy with something, call us or use our Contact page first. Most problems get solved quickly once we talk it through and come back out to look.

If we can't settle it that way, we both agree to try good-faith mediation before going to court, unless the issue is small enough for small claims court. Any court case will be filed in the courts that serve Mohave County, Arizona.

Arizona law applies

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. Changes won't apply to a job you've already signed for unless we both agree in writing.

Questions about these terms

Call us at (928) 392-1018 or reach us through our Contact page, and we'll walk you through anything here before you book. We reply within 1 business day.
